At ZG Vitality, your satisfaction—and your dog’s health—are our top priorities. While we stand behind the quality of our small-batch supplements, we understand that issues can arise. Please review our refund and return policy below:
🐾 All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products. Please be sure to review all product details and select the correct formula and size for your dog before completing your purchase.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’re here to help. Please email us at zgvitality@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review your claim and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement item or refund at our discretion.
🔁 Missing Deliveries
If your order was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours and check with nearby neighbors or household members. If you still can’t locate your order, contact us at zgvitality@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
⏳ Processing Time
Once your refund or replacement is approved, we will process it within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
