Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ZG Vitality, we’re proud to offer convenient local delivery and statewide shipping to better serve our customers across Ohio.

Local Delivery Zones

• 0–5 miles: FREE delivery
• 6–10 miles: Flat rate delivery of $4.00

Delivery distance is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. If you qualify for local delivery, the correct option will appear at checkout.

Shipping Outside 10 Miles

We currently ship to customers within the states of Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, & Virginia . All orders outside our local delivery zones will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Fulfillment Time

Local deliveries are typically fulfilled within 2–4 business days. Shipped orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days depending on your location.
