ZG Vitality provides dietary supplement products intended for dogs only. All ingredient descriptions and product benefits are based on current research and customer feedback. However, these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing any new supplements into your dog’s routine.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and Shopify-approved payment methods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer local delivery within specified zones and ship within the state of Ohio. Delivery fees and timeframes are displayed at checkout. ZG Vitality is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our consumable products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at zgvitality@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right.
